The staff led by Eric was very professional and welcoming.

My stay was marred by several issues. The cleanliness of the room was concerning, with towels that were ripped and smelled old. The hot tub was more of a cold fountain, and the exercise facilities were limited and cramped, making it hard to fully enjoy my stay.
